RENORA processes only the data needed to reply to project enquiries, protect the website and measure contact points in aggregate.

The form collects name, company, email, optional phone, service, budget, timing, message and basic source data. It is used to assess and reply to the enquiry. Passwords and customers’ personal data must not be included.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on the contact request and the consent selected in the form. Data is kept while the project is handled and for the time required to meet applicable responsibilities.
Measurement and security
The site records campaign page views, their source, calls-to-action and form use in aggregate, without advertising profiles or recording WhatsApp conversation content. Infrastructure may process technical data and a temporary non-reversible fingerprint to limit abusive submissions.
Cookies
The website does not install analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm, to detect automated traffic and protect the service.
External links
WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn links open third-party services. From that point, data processing is governed by each platform’s privacy policy.
